When you’re thinking of taking a group to an airport, there are a few things to think about before booking with any company and any airport transfer;
a) Luggage – this is by far the most important  consideration. If you have 15 people going to the airport, you will need a lot of empty seats just to house the luggage! To give you a guide, we find that a 16 seat minibus can only really carry 11 people with the last 5 seats being used for luggage.

Because the minibuses are NOT designed to carry property at all (people only) the only real property that any passenger can realistically get away with is a plastic carrier bag that you would get from your average supermarket...or, at a push, a school ruck sac but the small luggage cases that an airline accepts as hand luggage is not something you should consider as suitable for carrying inside the vehicle unless you are happy to sit with that on your lap!
